ONTHHPC Wins Back-to-Back Gold at 3rd Hockey India Junior Women Academy Championship 2025
The Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre (ONTHHPC) has once again underlined its dominance in junior women’s hockey by winning the gold medal for the second year in a row at the 3rd Hockey India Junior Women Academy Championship held in Karnal, Haryana.
In a strong and composed performance, ONTHHPC defeated Roundglass Punjab Hockey Academy 2–0 in the Grand Finale, successfully defending their title and reinforcing their status as one of India’s leading junior women’s hockey academies.

ONTHHPC Defends Its Title in Karnal, Haryana
From the opening match to the final whistle, the ONTHHPC girls showcased discipline, structure and sharp coordination that consistently kept them ahead of their opponents.
Their unbeaten campaign was built on solid performances in every stage of the 3rd Hockey India Junior Women Academy Championship:
Group Stage Dominance
vs Sports Authority of Gujarat Hockey Academy – Won 3–0
vs Mumbai Schools Sports Association – Won 9–0
These results not only ensured qualification but also sent a strong message: ONTHHPC had arrived in Karnal to defend their junior women’s hockey crown.
Clinical Semi-Final Performance
vs Jai Bharat Hockey Academy – Won 4–0
In the semi-final, ONTHHPC controlled the game from start to finish. The team’s structure, ball rotation and pressing game allowed them to maintain pressure and seal a convincing 4–0 win to book their place in the Grand Finale.
Grand Finale: Composed and Confident
vs Roundglass Punjab Hockey Academy – Won 2–0
In the final, the ONTHHPC girls showed tactical maturity and calmness under pressure.

Our boys secured 3rd place at the HAO Junior Men’s State Hockey Championship 2025, displaying grit, determination and competitive spirit against strong opposition.

The Odisha Naval Tata Hockey Grassroot Boys also earned a Silver medal at the 9th SNBP All India Hockey Tournament 2025, standing tall among some of the best youth teams in the country.
