Pre Selection Phase
In the first step, we conduct pre-selection trials across India & shortlist potential candidates for the final selection camp. This phase, Coaches see technical skills with more focus on Basic Skills.
Final Selection Phase
The short-listed candidates from Pre-trials are invited to the Final camp at HPC, and the final selection is made there. This phase, Coaches see more on Technical & Tactical skill sets of the players.
Medical & Age Verification Test
A medical and age verification test is conducted after final selection, followed by verification of documents and parents' agreement.
