Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre (ONTHHPC), a joint initiative of the Government of Odisha, Tata Steel, and Tata Trusts, has added another feather to its cap as its talented goalkeeper Engil Harsharani Minz has been selected in the 20-member Indian Women’s Junior Hockey Team for the AHF Women’s Junior Asia Cup 2026, to be held in Moqi, China, from August 30 to September 13, 2026.

Engil’s selection is a proud moment for the Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre and a testament to the Centre’s continued commitment to nurturing world-class hockey talent. Known for her composure, agility, and consistency under the bar, Engil has impressed selectors through her outstanding performances and steady development over the years.

The AHF Women’s Junior Asia Cup is one of the most prestigious junior continental tournaments, featuring Asia’s top hockey-playing nations. The championship also serves as a crucial platform for young athletes to showcase their talent at the international level and compete against the best teams in the continent.
